The latest Chill Out LA event — Sexy Serenity — was an eco-themed beauty and holiday shopping night co-organized with Sirens Magazine, featuring eco-friendly fashion, makeup and Eminence Organic Skin Care. Women — and the occasional guy — packed the ROB|B OPI Concept salon/spa in Studio City to get their make-up, nails, and hair done in somewhat greener fashion and each guest was gifted with a decadent Eminence product on their way out the door!  For more on this event or the new ROB/B salon, click here.

Alpha House of Pinellas County, Florida is a safehaven for pregnant women with nowhere to go with some coming from foster care, abused families or even homeless. Éminence was happy to be a part of an uplifting Secret Santa gifting for the new moms and babies this year with product being handed out to the 19 young women staying there who all go through counseling and go to school to gain skills to start a career so they can support their child as they grow. Founded by celebrity photographer Jeremy Cowart, Help-Portrait is a community of photographers coming together across the world to use their photography skills to give back to their local community. On December 12 photographers around the world grabbed their cameras, found people in need and took their picture. This holiday season the goal was to give a family something they may have never had before – a family portrait. Éminence was happy to donate to this cause in Vancouver when Jonathan Cruz, a local photographer was looking for products to help make these people feel beautiful.
